Chateau Tirecul La Graviere, Monbazillac Selection de Grains Nobles, 2021 (50cl) Chile This Blanc de Blancs isLa Graviere is a mix of botrytised grapes from old vines that are picked and fermented together before being aged in barrel for between 12 36 months, depending on vintage. No sugar is added, the result is entirely natural. A glorious wine, rich and intense, with floral, candied fruit aromas, orange peel marmalade, and exotic spicy notes.
