Gala Estate White Label Sauvignon Blanc ABV 15.4% with some floral notesHand picked; matured 3 months on lees; 4. 2g L RS. The finest sauvignons are built firmly around the citrus end of the ripeness spectrum, with subtle support from the herbal and tropical extremes. This is an exemplar, subtly accented with pretty florals and nuances of spice. A spicy white nectarine fleshiness well counters a tense, tingly acid spine and fine phenolics, completed with just the right lick of RS to avoid any sensation of sweetness.
