Benromach 'Peat Smoke Sherry Cask Matured' 2010 / 2018 59.9% Region:Speyside On the nose we findThis new Benromach release was made from heavily peated Scottish barley spirit that was matured exclusively in first fill sherry Hogshead casks. The flavour is a rich and intense mixture of cured meats, macerated dried fruits and malty peat smoke, with touches of malted chocolate (Maltesers, digestive biscuits) and white pepper. As is typical for Benromach, this is a very balanced dram, with all of the different flavours and aromas coming together
