This pattern is closely adjacent to Picard #2143 with the only difference in color of outer outline of evil eyes green instead of light blue. The shape is a tube elongated hexagon section and has pretty distinct 6 facets of which 2 opposites are longer than others. Good condition consistent with age. Shallow
