It is hand crocheted and has an elastic band attached so it will stretch to your head size. It is made from a mercerized cotton thread and is washable. It is made to order. The headband shown is 18 plus the 3 elastic which can be stretched a little more. It will fit comfortably on a head of a 22 circumference, measured from the base of the back of the head to the center on top of
