It bolts outside the struts for 1994 2022 Sportster models (apart from 2016 2022 Roadsters) and under the struts for 1985 1993 models as well as 2016 2022 Roadsters and comes with required hardware. It's made from 5 8 inch cold drawn steel round bar, finished in black powder coat or raw steel. If you'd like to order an option that is out of stock send me a
